Payment Processing

• Make your payments to secure your schedule!
• Spring payments are due by Janurary 11th.
• Payments can be made over the phone (919-209-2165), online, by mail, or in person. 
• We also offer a Payment Plan. 

Student ID & Parking Passes

• Students must be registered to obtain a Parking Pass or Student ID.
• Getting a parking pass? Know your JCC Student ID #, License Plate Number, Vehicle year, color, make, and model. Bring your vehicle registration!

Registration

• Register for your desired courses through Self-Service.
• Your advisor will help you in selecting which courses align with your pathway.
• January 11th is the LAST DAY to register for classes.

Advising 

• Make an appointment with your advisor and get ready for the semester!
• January 9th is the LAST DAY to get advised for classes.

Financial Aid Assistance

• If you want FAFSA Assistance, make sure to create your FSA ID at least three days prior to the event.
• It may take up to three days for the ID to process.

Bookstore

• Purchase books online.
• Stop by the Jaguar Junction Bookstore in the Wilson Building, or contact them at 919-209-2205 or campusstore.jcc@bibliu.com.

High School students book pickup:

• Non-JCPS – visit the bookstore
• JCPS (excluding ECA and CTLA) – pick up in the library
• ECA and CTLA – pick up in Wilson, Suite C1040

Admissions

• Start the application process with assistance from an Admissions team member.
• We suggest bringing your official high school transcript in when applying to be admitted as soon as possible.
